  • Complete End of Project Report
  • Ensure handover processes are in place
  • Report lessons learned
  • Advise all stakeholders of completion

We underpin the Five Step Approach with a structured project management methodology that is aligned with worldwide standards: PMBOK (Project Management Body of Knowledge) and Prince2 (Projects in Controlled Environments).
